Convenience

There are a lot of things I miss about our house in the US, but the things I miss the most are our clothes dryer and our dishwasher.  Oh, how I miss the days of throwing my clothes in the dryer and pulling them out one hour later, dry as can be.  And if I never had to hand wash another sippy cup again, I would be a happy woman.

    I'm with you - since we don't have a dishwasher I do all our sippy cups by hand too. Worst. Job. Ever. I can't wait to see Claire in person in a few weeks - she's such a big girl and so adorable! It's 10:47pm in Chicago right now...does that mean it's already Claire's birthday in Switzerland?? I CAN'T BELIEVE YOUR BABY IS 2!! Give her a smooch for me!

    So sorry Julie! I can imagine I would miss certain things as well! I love love love a dishwasher and freshly dried clothing. Hope you're enjoing celebrating Claire's birthday!
